6.4 Malcolm Bet may suspend, void, or alter bets in cases of:
Technical errors
Incorrect odds
Fraud or manipulation
Cancellation or postponement of events
6.5 Users acknowledge that betting carries inherent financial risk and that they may lose money. Malcolm Bet is not liable for any financial loss, regardless of circumstances.
6.6 Market-specific rules (sports, e-sports, financial betting, crypto betting, etc.) are provided within each market. Users must review these rules before placing bets.
7.1 Malcolm Bet encourages responsible gambling. Users should only bet amounts they can afford to lose.
7.2 Users may set personal limits on deposits, wagers, or play time via account settings.
7.3 Self-exclusion is available for users who wish to take a break from gambling. Requests must be submitted through the Platform or customer support.

13.2 Upon termination, users forfeit all account balances, bonuses, and pending bets unless otherwise required by law.
13.3 Users may voluntarily close their accounts by contacting customer support. Remaining balances will be processed according to withdrawal rules.

17.1 Malcolm Bet is not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Acts of government or regulatory authorities
Cyber-attacks, DDoS, or network failures
Power outages or server failures
17.2 In such events, Malcolm Bet may suspend the Platform temporarily and will resume operations as soon as reasonably possible.
18.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
18.2 Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
